To assemble a three-tier nappy cake: stack nappies of your choice in 3 layers on the cardboard base. Then wrap the pink tutu around the front half of the cake base with the attached ribbon. Next, wrap the pink bow and ribbon around the second layer. Finally, secure the “It’s a Girl” cutout with the attached ribbon around the top layer to finish your nappy cake.
