To assemble a three-tier nappy cake: stack nappies of your choice in 3 layers on the cardboard base. Then wrap the pennant banner around the bottom layer of nappies. Next, wrap the blue bow and ribbon around the second layer. Finally, secure the “It’s a Boy” cutout with the attached ribbon around the top layer to finish your nappy cake.
